Limited Service Policy Agreement

1. One year service agreement covers treatment of all types of mold infestations.
2. Property owner is responsible to make areas for treatment accessible at their own expense.
3. Owner is responsible to correct any water intrusion repairs before mold remediation is completed.
4. In the event property must be vacated for mold remediation, owner is responsible for all re-location expense.
5. Home Pro is not responsible to any health conditions caused by mold to occupants.
